Guests have access to the house and private backyard.

**Access to sauna must be requested a day in advance & $30/use (up to 2 hours per use).**

• No smoking inside the property.
• Pets are allowed with notice and payment of the pet fee **PETS MUST BE WELL-TRAINED. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET ON FURNITURE**
• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. (Max 6)
• Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Respect check-in and check-out times
• Please respect the furnishings; you will be charged for any damages.
• Turn off lights and electronics when leaving the house.
• Report any damages or breakages promptly.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
