Welcome to Our Home – Pace/Pcola

Nestled in a peaceful & safe neighborhood in Pace, Florida, your home away from home is just minutes from water access to Black Water River as well as the city of Pensacola. It is close to restaurants, shops, UWF, Whiting Naval, downtown, & Pace High School. The main part of Pensacola Beach is 20 miles away. Navarre Beach is 30 miles away. Our #1 priority is to make this experience comfortable, pleasurable, & memorable for you! We have a kitchen, screened in patio, free parking, & free Wi-Fi.
The space
FRESHLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS & FLOORS! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has an extremely comfortable king bed & 2 queen beds. There is plenty of space to bring a blow up mattress as well.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the whole house & backyard, unshared. However, this is our primary home, so the closets, garage & laundry room are off limits.

There is a charcoal grill in our outdoor patio- if you use it please take it outside so it doesn’t burn the patio ceiling!

If you come around the right time of the year, you can help yourself to the peaches from our peach tree in the backyard (usually around May)!
Other things to note
RULES:
-Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET ON FURNITURE.

-No smoking.

-No unregistered guests.

-No parties.

-Only use grill outside so it doesn’t burn patio ceiling.

-Do not attempt to open thermostat box on your own. Please contact us if the temperature is uncomfortable in the house.
